I work on my own, with no agency overheads, using tools I know inside out. The price is fixed because the scope is agreed in the quote: no surprises and no unexpected costs.
Terms: 50% on order, then 50% after final approval and before go-live. Each plan has a fixed price for the described scope. Options clearly shown, such as the English version at +€150, are only added if you choose them. Any other additional service is quoted and approved in writing before it is carried out.

Building your website is a one-off project. It keeps running without any support plan, as long as your hosting and domain name remain active.

Hosting and the domain name are separate from the website creation packages and support plans. They are purchased and paid for directly by the client. Ancrage can provide assistance with their configuration or connection to the website.
No monthly plan is required. You can also get in touch for a one-off update, quoted in advance.

Before starting, I take real time with you. Not a form to fill in — a conversation to understand your business, what sets you apart from the place next door, and what you want people to understand about you when they land on your site.
What you told me becomes concrete choices: colours, typography, photography, tone of voice. You get a real design for your site, not a generic template adapted to your name.
I build your site and adapt it to every screen. Forms, animations, performance, technical SEO and interactions are integrated and tested before I present the final version to you.
After your final approval, I connect the domain, launch the site and check that everything works. I hand over the useful access details and remain available after launch depending on the plan you choose.

Timelines are indicative: between 5 days and 2 weeks depending on the package, counted from the moment I have all the content and information needed. They are confirmed in the quote before work begins.
Yes. Starter at €500, Essentials at €750 and Signature at €1,200 are fixed prices for the scope described in each package and confirmed in the quote: no hidden fees. Only the Custom option is priced case by case, because it covers advanced features (online shop, client area, automations, integrations). If you need anything outside that scope, the price is quoted and approved before any work starts.
Starter suits a business that simply wants a professional online presence. Essentials adds real local visibility and a clear path to getting in touch. Signature is for businesses that want to stand out and get more bookings or enquiries. Custom is the exception, priced on quote, for projects that need advanced features: online sales, complex booking, a client area, automation or integrations. If you’re unsure, just describe your project and I’ll point you in the right direction.
Yes. Your domain name and the content you provide remain under your control. After full payment, the rights to the creations made specifically for your project are transferred under the terms set out in the quote. Third-party tools, software, libraries or services remain subject to their own licences.
You send me the change — a new menu, photos, opening hours — and I take care of it. Update requests are handled within the timeframe set by your support plan, or agreed when you send the request. Nothing to learn, nothing to install. Without a plan, I handle updates on request, with a simple quote.
No — that’s true of almost every client at the start. I work with what you have, guide you through a few simple smartphone shots, and, if you want to go further, arrange a shoot with a partner photographer (quoted separately).
There’s no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. Your website stays online and remains yours, as long as your hosting and domain name stay active. Hosting and the domain name are never included in Ancrage packages: you purchase, pay for and renew them directly through the provider of your choice.
